Key pick up

With our innovative system of access to the apartments through the introduction of a code in the electronic lock, our guests will obtain more comfort and security during their stay.

This code will be provided once the damage deposit guarantee has been obtained and when you have completed the online check-in. This deposit has a cost of 100 € per apartment and is retained from the credit card provided during the booking process through a pre-authorization operation. This deposit will be released in full once the apartment has been handed over at the end of the stay within a maximum period of 5 days, the inventory of belongings has been carried out and it has been checked that there are no damages.
